We work with trusted courier partners to deliver safely and efficiently across Australia and worldwide. Shipping options, delivery times, and charges are shown at checkout based on the product, destination, and warehouse location.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and promotional events, dispatch and delivery may take longer. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you by email or phone.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking to become active after dispatch. If you have not received tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us at shop@italianluxurygroup.com.au.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

For Australian deliveries, parcels may be sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) unless otherwise requested.

If no one is available to receive the parcel and the courier considers the location safe, the parcel may be left in a secure place. If the courier does not consider the location suitable, a standard failed delivery procedure will apply.

If you have special delivery instructions, please include them at checkout or contact us before dispatch.

Australia Shipping

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on eligible merchandise orders over AUD $80. The free shipping discount is applied automatically at checkout once the minimum threshold is reached.

Free Shipping Exclusions

Some items may not qualify for free shipping due to:

  • oversized or heavy dimensions
  • remote or high-cost delivery areas
  • fulfilment from overseas warehouses
  • special handling requirements

This may include selected items such as:

  • luxury perfumes
  • Brogo
  • large clocks
  • framed prints over 60x90 cm
  • Tecknomonster
  • Lamborghini items

Where free shipping does not apply, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Times in Australia

  • 3 to 5 business days for most major metro areas
  • 3 to 12 business days for other areas
  • deliveries to remote regions may take longer, and additional shipping fees may apply

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected destinations using trusted courier partners such as FedEx, DHL, DPD, UPS, and other approved carriers depending on destination and product type.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

  • Australia: 3 to 5+ business days
  • Asia: 3 to 5+ business days
  • Europe: 3 to 5+ business days
  • United States: 3 to 5+ business days
  • Rural and remote areas: 3 to 12+ business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, courier routing, peak periods, or destination-specific delays.

EU Customers

For EU customers, all prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT.

Import Duties & Taxes Policy

At Italian Luxury Group (ILG), we are committed to making your international shopping experience as seamless and transparent as possible.

For eligible destinations, all import duties, customs charges, and applicable taxes are included in the final price displayed at checkout. This means that the amount you pay at checkout is the final amount, and no additional customs charges should be requested upon delivery.

  • No customs duty requests on delivery
  • No surprise tax invoices from the courier
  • A smoother and more transparent delivery experience

Where this service is available, ILG will manage and pay the applicable import duties and taxes on the customer’s behalf.

Countries Covered

For shipments to the following countries, all applicable duties and import taxes are included in the prices shown on our website:

  • Canada
  • South Korea
  • Japan
  • United Arab Emirates
  • Malaysia
  • Saudi Arabia
  • United Kingdom

For these destinations, no additional customs duties or import taxes should be payable upon delivery.

Other Destinations

For all other countries, additional charges arising from customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and, depending on the destination country, may:

  • be displayed and, where available, paid during checkout;
  • be requested directly by the appointed courier before delivery;
  • or be payable at the time of delivery according to local customs regulations.

If a destination is not eligible for prepaid duties and taxes, this will generally be communicated at checkout or prior to shipment.

Refused Shipments

For all countries, if a shipment is refused by the recipient, Italian Luxury Group reserves the right to deduct any additional costs from the refund, including:

  • customs duties and taxes
  • return shipping costs
  • handling fees
  • any related import or administrative charges

A minimum deduction of €100, plus any applicable return shipping costs, may apply. Additional deductions may apply depending on the destination country and courier charges.

Final Landed Price

For supported countries, the checkout will clearly show the final landed price, so you can shop with confidence knowing there should be no additional import costs upon delivery.

Perfume Shipping Policy

All international perfume and fragrance orders are shipped from our US warehouse, unless otherwise stated for specific brands.

Perfume Shipping Charges

  • AUD $20 for the first perfume
  • an additional shipping fee may apply for each extra perfume added to the order

Selected exclusions may apply, including Acqua dell’Elba and Profumi del Marmo.

Perfume Delivery Timeframes

  • USA domestic orders: 2 to 5 business days
  • International orders: 3 to 12 business days depending on destination and checkout shipping options

The courier is assigned automatically and may include FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, DPD, DAI, or other approved local partners. Carrier selection cannot be manually chosen.

Dangerous Goods

Certain perfumes and home fragrances shipped from Australia may be classified as dangerous goods and may incur special shipping charges.

Perfume Returns

Unless required by law or otherwise agreed, perfumes and fragrances are not eligible for return once dispatched.

In Stock / Ready to Ship

“In Stock” or “Ready to Ship” generally means:

  • the item is physically available in one of our warehouses or at a supplier location and ready for dispatch
  • or the item is available for production where applicable

Some products, including selected Lamborghini travel bags, framed prints, and Vintabros T-shirts, may require additional manufacturing time of at least 2 weeks.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at shop@italianluxurygroup.com.au. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing. Italian Luxury Group is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.

P.O. Boxes

Some products or shipping methods may not be available to P.O. Boxes. If a residential or business address is required by the courier, we may contact you to request an alternative delivery address.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

Italian Luxury Group is not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly to lodge a claim and retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim has been reviewed.

Holiday Periods and Warehouse Closures

During Christmas and other peak periods, dispatch and delivery times may vary.

Our warehouse may also close during selected holiday periods, and orders placed during these times may require additional processing and delivery time.
